Although technology is becoming widely used across the world, In Africa many people especially women will not have ample time to practice their skills because of other family roles they have this is limiting the use of technologies like computer as a tool for development.
Safeplan Uganda tries to harness the power of ICT to empower women and girls in the community. Women need more time, skills and opportunity to learn and practice the use use of computer and internet technology.
